Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after you complete the payment (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Once the order is shipped, we will send you the logistics tracking number and related delivery information by email. Please make sure that the email address filled in when placing the order is correct.
During large promotions or holidays, the order processing time may be slightly longer. We will do our best to ensure that you arrange the shipment as soon as possible.
Delivery Range and Carriers
We provide international transportation services and support delivery to more than 200 countries around the world.
Our international logistics service providers include DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, and UPS. The delivery method will automatically select the best option based on your delivery address and order volume.
Some remote areas may charge additional transportation fees or have longer delivery time. If you are not sure whether it is within the delivery range, please confirm with us through customer service before placing an order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Transportation Time: Usually takes 7-15 working days. The above time is an estimate, which depends on the speed of customs clearance, the efficiency of local courier services and holidays.
Shipping fee
Standard delivery: Free delivery for orders over $49, and a fixed rate of $7 for orders below this amount.
Free delivery: We will provide free standard delivery service for eligible orders (orders over $49).
Please note that the recipient of all international orders is responsible for the import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees that may be incurred in their country. These fees are usually charged by the local courier when the package arrives, and the amount depends on local laws and regulations.
Logistics tracking service
Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send a confirmation email with a logistics tracking number by email. You can click on the link in the email to check the status of the package in real time.
If you have not received logistics updates for a long time, or the package is abnormally delayed, please contact us in time: [email protected], we will assist you in communicating with the courier.
Signing and package safety
Please make sure to fill in an accurate and complete delivery address and keep your phone open so that the courier can complete the delivery smoothly.
If the package you received is damaged, the product is missing, or it is suspected to be opened, please take photos as evidence and contact us within 7 working days after receiving the package. We will assist you in handling related issues, including possible compensation or re-shipment.
If the package is returned due to inaccurate address, no one to sign for it, or multiple delivery failures, the buyer shall bear the resulting secondary delivery costs.
Return Shipping Instructions
If you need to return the product, please contact us through customer service first to obtain the return process and address. Packages returned directly without contacting us may not be successfully processed.
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer, unless there are quality problems with the product or the wrong product was sent. We recommend that you use a trackable courier to send the returned goods and keep the logistics voucher properly to prevent the package from being lost.
