1. What payment methods do you support?

2. Where can I check the status of my order?
Once the order is successfully placed and shipped, you will receive an email with a logistics tracking number. You can click the link in the email or check the latest delivery status on the [My Order] page.
If you do not receive the email, please check the spam folder first. If you still have questions, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
3. Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we support global delivery. If your area is a remote area, please contact us to confirm the specific logistics arrangements and timeliness.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
The order will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
Shipping time: It usually takes 7-15 working days. The above time is an estimate, which depends on the speed of customs clearance, the efficiency of local courier services and holidays.
5. Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on the laws and regulations of your country, you may be required to bear the corresponding import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees. These fees are usually collected by local customs or logistics companies, and we cannot estimate them in advance.
We recommend that you understand the relevant policies of your country before purchasing. If the package is returned due to refusal to pay taxes and fees, return fees may be incurred.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

7. How to apply for a return or exchange?
Please contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product and explain the reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with the return address and operating instructions.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with intact labels, and not belong to the non-returnable category (such as Final Sale products, etc.). Refunds will be returned through the original payment method after the return product is inspected and accepted.
