Returns & Exchanges

1. Returnable Conditions


We accept return requests within 14 days from the order receipt date, provided that the following conditions are met:


The product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and the original tags and packaging are intact;


It does not belong to the "non-returnable product" category (see below);


The buyer provides valid order information and reason for return;


The buyer has applied for and obtained return authorization through customer service.


Note: Orders with overdue return requests will not be accepted for return.


2. Non-returnable products


The following products are not accepted for return or exchange due to personal hygiene or other reasons:


Discounted products clearly marked as "Final Sale"


Products that have been obviously used, washed or damaged by human beings


3. Return process


Contact customer service to apply for a return


Please submit a return request within 14 days after receiving the product by emailing [email protected] or the "Contact Us" page, stating the order number, product name and reason for return.


Waiting for return confirmation


We will review your application within 1-2 working days and provide a return address and related instructions. We have the right to refuse unauthorized packages.


Buyer returns the goods


Please use a logistics method with a tracking number to return the goods. Unless there is a quality problem with the goods or the wrong goods are sent, the return postage shall be borne by the buyer.


Return review and refund


After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will refund the goods amount (excluding original shipping costs) through the original payment method within 5-10 working days.


4. Exchange policy


We currently only provide exchange services in the following cases:


The size of the goods is not suitable and there is stock available for replacement;


The goods are sent wrong, have obvious defects or are damaged during transportation;


The exchange request is made within 14 days of receipt, and the goods are kept in a new and unworn state.


The exchange process is basically the same as the return. After confirming the exchange, we will arrange for the new goods to be sent out for you, and the postage may be borne by us or you, depending on the situation.


5. Refund Instructions


Only the amount of the product itself will be refunded, and the shipping and tariffs of the original order will not be refunded;


The refund will be returned to your payment account, and the arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform (usually 5-10 working days);


If you use a discount code to place an order, the refund amount will be returned according to the actual payment amount;


If the entire order is returned and no longer meets the preferential conditions such as "full amount free shipping", we have the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse service due to abuse of the return policy (such as frequent returns, unjustified applications).
